INTRIX, Inc. (hereinafter the "Company") recognizes that the protection of personal information and Specific Personal Information is a significant responsibility for the Company. Accordingly, based on our philosophy of personal information protection and the code of conduct we have established ourselves, we hereby declare that we will build a personal information protection management system in order to give concrete form to the policy set out below, and that, while constantly recognizing the latest trends in IT technology, changes in social demands, fluctuations in the business environment, and other such factors, we will work as a company-wide effort toward its continuous improvement.
- The Company shall acquire, use, and provide personal information appropriately in consideration of the content and scale of its business, and shall not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the identified purposes of use. The Company shall also take measures to that end.
- The Company shall comply with laws and regulations, guidelines established by the national government, and other norms concerning the handling of personal information.
- In order to prevent risks such as leakage, loss, and damage of personal information, the Company shall establish rules and systems that implement reasonable safety measures and shall continuously improve them. In the event of an incident, the Company shall promptly take corrective measures.
- The Company shall respond promptly and in good faith to complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information.
- The Company shall review its personal information protection management system in a timely and appropriate manner in light of changes in the environment surrounding the Company and actual conditions, and shall pursue continuous improvement.

Purposes of Use of Personal Information

If you wish to make a request for disclosure, etc., please contact the Personal Information Inquiry Desk indicated above. We will send you an explanation of the procedures required for the request and the necessary application documents.
7. Measures taken for the security management of retained personal data, etc.
The Company has established rules concerning the handling of personal information and Specific Personal Information and rules concerning safety measures, and takes the following measures.
(1) Formulation of a basic policy
- A policy on the handling of personal information is established as the Privacy Policy, thoroughly communicated within the Company, and published on our website so that it is available to the public.
(2) Development of rules for the handling of personal data
- For each stage — acquisition, use, storage, provision, and deletion or disposal — handling procedures for personal information, including handling methods, responsible officers and staff and their duties, are established and compiled as a set of rules that are communicated within the Company.
(3) Organizational security management measures
- Self-inspections of the status of the handling of personal information are conducted periodically, and internal audits are also conducted periodically from an impartial standpoint by other departments or outside parties.

(4) Human security management measures
- Periodic training is provided to employees on points to note regarding the handling of personal information.

(6) Technical security management measures
- Firewalls and other measures are introduced in order to prevent unauthorized external access to servers and similar equipment. Measures are also taken against malicious software such as computer viruses.
- The following measures are taken when personal information is transferred:
- When a storage medium is transferred, a trackable delivery method is used, or the medium is handed over in person.
- For the communication of electronic data, leakage countermeasures such as encryption are taken.
(7) Understanding of the external environment
When the Company handles personal data in a foreign country, it should analyze and understand the external environment concerned, ascertain the laws and regulations applicable in the relevant country, and take the necessary security management measures.
